1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items with obvious signs of use
- Products damaged due to misuse

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If the problem persists, please contact us.
7. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us for exchange instructions.
